Flatline is hosting a demo featuring: Matt Fink, Paul Hart, Brenten Riley, Joey Corey, Neland Sawyer, and Alex Safier at Skatelab on Friday November, 17th at 6pm. There will be tons of Flatline giveaways and a massive product toss, along with free food and music provided by DJ Hook. Just like last time the person that comes out representin Flatline the hardest (get extremely creative) will go home with a box of Flatline goodies.

What we are really looking forward to on this evening is hosting an Unsponsored Best Trick! We are giving away $200 cash, the top three skaters in the jam will go home with cash. We are hyped on the opportunity to hold a best trick that includes everyone not just the top AMs. Keep in mind this is not an event for AM's or sponsored skateboarders ( there will be no Flatline riders or other sponsored skaters in the jam), however shop sponsored skaters are welcome. Tell everyone about the best trick so we can draw talent from all over the area. It is completely free to get into this event as well. Make sure to get there early, as slots will fill quickly. We look forward to skating with all of you!

Well it s better Late than never, but theres a video too! so that should make up for the tardiness. Volcom's final stop of the North America leg of the "Wild in the Parks" series went off! There were hundreds of skateboarders and spectators in attendance at Kona skatepark in Jacksonville, FL on Saturday September, 9th. This contest series format is completely different than the typical two, 1 minute boring contest runs. The course was broken into three zones and there was a twenty minute jam format with multiple heats. The vibe the entire day was amazing: insane skateboarding, with lots of fun, free food, and bonding. Some of Florida's top AM's showed up to shred. The skateboarding in both the 14 and under division and the 15 and up division was unbelievable, almost every heat could have been a final! The day went perfect with the exception of a short rain delay. Overall the level of talent at this event was up to par with one of the top international AM contest. Thanks to Daniel Terry, Jeff, and Danny with Volcom and Martin Ramos and the Kona crew for such a tight event! All contests should be this fun! Flatline is teaming up with 904Skate & Skatejax for some fun in the streets of Jacksonville for Go Skateboarding Day on June 21st. We're planning on meeting somewhere downtown, possibly Friendship and then just cruising the city. Spring is in full effect and there seems to be more skateboard events than ever right now. One upcoming event that should not be missed is the Flatline/Kr3w in the Ghetto at Skatelab in Jacksonville, FL on Saturday April 15th . This is not your typical skatepark contest. This event will be more of an embracing of street skateboarding and urban culture with graffiti, hip hop djing, dice rolling and a straight up grimmie street course. The entire event will be held outside of Skatelab in the streets with obstacles like junkyard cars, refrigerators, barricades, wall rides, and rails.
